Natalia began Swing dancing in late 2010 at Atomic Ballroom in Irvine California. Since then, she has become one of LA’s young and up and coming Lindy Hop, Balboa and Jazz dancers. Drawing much of her inspiration from the original swing dancers from Southern California, she seeks to maintain a level of attention to detail that is both authentic and creative. Natalia has competed, performed and taught at

1. dozens of events around the world. Her goal as a teacher is to inspire individual creativity as well as help build a clear and comfortable platform of technique for her students. Along with her love of performance and teaching, she is at the height of her self expression when social dancing with multiple partners from all manner of backgrounds and styles.

The objective of Follow Focus was to create a space to empower Followers to be their most creative and powerful selves in partner dance. 4 - 5 Instructional videos are uploaded each month containing instruction on dance technique, styling and drills geared towards honing our skills as dancers outside of the Follow Role. Every few weeks Natalia offers mini virtual workshops that span 1.5 hours and cover an array of topics for Patrons. She also hosts Q&As about performance anxiety to share my knowledge of overcoming it.
